Vito's Sausage and Kale


  • 3 or 4 VITO'S links cut in half. (We used 5 links – Da Queen)
  • One large bunch kale green, remove stems


  1. In large heavy pot, cook greens over low heat in minimal water until as done as you like them.
  2. Remove greens and place in serving bowl. In same pot, brown the VITO'S sausages.
  3. Add greens back to pot and cook over low heat another 30 minutes or so.
  4. Put greens and sausages back in same serving bowl and enjoy.
  5. VITO'S flavors the greens so no need to add any salt or pepper.
