Vito's Chicago Style Pizza


  • 1 package Vito’s robust bulk (per pie)
  • Mama Mary’s THIN pizza crust (two crust per package)
  • Olive oil
  • Corn meal
  • 8oz Mozzarella (per pie)
  • 3oz Romano (per pie)
  • 3oz Parmesan (per pie)
  • # (2) 14 oz cans Red Gold (Garlic, Basil, Oregano) - Diced Tomato DRAINED (per pie)


  1. Lightly olive oil and corn meal the bottom of the crust
  2. Spread Cheese Blend on crust generously
  3. In frying pan, make a large thin patty & brown both sides pressing down while cooking to flatten it out (break into 4 large triangle pieces to flip over)
  4. Place cooked VITO’S on top of cheese
  5. With a slotted spoon, spread tomatoes on top of VITO’S
  6. Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese
  7. Bake according to directions on back of package
